Would not hesitate to return here, the hotel met the demands. Absolutely amazing venue, fairly clean, employees are courteous, and location is incredible on the coast. The beach bar makes the soft drinks.

clean, good value hotel, the location was stunning adjacent to salento e questo e uno dei tratti di mare piu belli, con acque cristalline e colori caraibici as well as gallipoli and santa maria di leuca, which is orientated from nw to se and is therefore protected from the local dominant summer breezes, mostly veering from n to w. got the same family room with balcony booked online, liked that. this was my very relaxing stay in september.

Really good staff service really stood out .
During our visit, we experienced chaos during dining hours. The queues for food and coffee were frustrating, especially considering the season hadn't officially opened. The quality of meals was average, and the room itself failed to meet the expected 4-star standard which was quite disheartening.

The public areas are very modern and very well equipped. The food is excellent and the whole pool area is fantastic. The beach bar is very nice!

Very nice and spacious complex with several pools and a private access and area at the sea. Since we were at the end of the season, there was plenty of space everywhere in peace and quiet. Also great was the offer of meditation, yoga etc.
In principle there was not really anything. If there's one thing you might find, it's that the food was "okay" rather than "extraordinary".

Beautiful nature vibes in Ugento 🌿🌊
The food was good, especially the gluten-free options! Kids loved the full-day kids club, and the beach was super clean and lovely. Staff were always friendly and keen to help!
The room could've been a bit comfier. I had to deal with some noisy neighbours.

Family-friendly resort with a lot to offer
What impressed me was the range of kids activities. The mini disco with Asia was a hit with the kids they had so much fun dancing.
It was a bit pricey but still worth the experience.

The natural beauty at Vivosa was amazing. Well-maintained gardens and a pristine beach created a perfect setting. I found plenty of activities for my kids, and they especially loved the mini club. Activities included pony rides and visits from llamas. Food variety impressed me, particularly the gluten-free options and the fantastic pastry chef's desserts. The dining area was chaotic during peak hours. We struggled with long waits for food and drinks. The children were initially hesitant about joining the kids' club because of the language barrier, but the staff engaged them well. Nightly entertainment varied in quality, but we enjoyed the mini disco with Asia. The room needed better soundproofing. Noise from outside disturbed our sleep. This resort has great potential with its beautiful surroundings but requires management tweaks to improve the dining experience and room comfort.
